Welcome to the Parents’ Association Parent Education Resource (PER)!
Recognizing that our families are part of a larger community, these suggested Resources go well beyond parenting and child development and include Resources for parents and guardians who seek to continue their own educational journeys. If we want our children to become healthy, responsible citizens, we can participate in their learning. Within these Resources the adults in our community have an opportunity to consider some of the themes and lessons our children are being taught at Parker.
This is a developing initiative. And we welcome you to suggest more topics, titles and speaker events in the Suggest tabs on this page. The topics and recommendations may change over time. Perhaps someday soon we will be able to remove the resources suggesting how to talk to our kids about COVID-19 as those resources will not longer be relevant.
