From learning how to write in SK with Ms. Taylor to my study of Japan in 2nd grade Davidson to the many different courses I have taken in high school, I am grateful for each of the memorable 14 years I have had at Parker and the impact that it has had on me. I am really thankful for my Advisory because it is one of the few "spaces" where we can all come together and not have to stress about school or college work. Our conversations are usually lighthearted, and when they're not, we're all super-passionate about what we're talking about. My Advisory is a great space because we are not all the best of friends but we can all come together and have time to connect. Whether we are playing games via Zoom or just talking amongst ourselves, we are always happy to be around each other. - Anonymous

I would like to extend my gratitude to all the advisors. Online learning has made it so challenging to feel supported and connected, and I really appreciate the extra work that advisors are putting in to help make students feel more secure throughout the whole remote process. I always know I can go to Ms. Zeller whenever I need support and guidance.

Ms. Schupp deserves a HUGE shoutout. She does so much extra work to make Advanced Topics in Biology engaging over Zoom. She color-codes, sends us hands-on projects and always has three cups of coffee before class. Her energy can truly be felt through the screen. I always look forward to her fun check-in questions and am SO THANKFUL she gave seniors a homework break for the week before college deadlines. She is extremely thoughtful and I am lucky to have had her three times in my Parker career! - Ava Ori

He has impeccable hand-eye coordination and can do circus tricks, which is cool but his character is what stands out to me the most. Although the project was a bit stressful at times, they made sure we still had fun while working on the project. Additionally, I appreciated that they did their own work diligently, while still leaving enough time to look back on my work and give me super-helpful feedback. I genuinely don't think I've ever had a better time doing a group project in my entire time in high school!
