A trio of administrators shared insights on creating an equitable and inclusive enrollment process with admission professionals at the annual Enrollment Management Association conference in Boston.
The conference brings together nearly 1,500 independent school administrators and admission professionals to expand their leadership and management skills, learn from one another, collaborate on industry-wide innovations and celebrate accomplishments—all while planning for the future.
At this year’s conference, Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Erika Prahl joined Assistant Principal Priyana Rupani and Director of Enrollment and Financial Assistance Jessy Trejo to lead a session titled, “Equity-Driven Enrollment: Journey Towards Fostering Inclusive Practices.”
Prahl, Rupani and Trejo worked together to explore the intersection of enrollment management, financial assistance and partnerships with academic leadership through a lens of equity, including such topics as:
Collaboration between Enrollment and Academic Leadership
Inclusive Enrollment Practices: Discover practical strategies for designing
Strategic Partnerships for Outreach and Access
Congrats to Prahl, Rupani and Trejo on this accomplishment and further expanding Parker’s expertise and reputation.
