Donate Your E-Waste to May Term

Senior Alberto Rojas is taking a closer look at electronic waste as part of his May Term project, and all can contribute to his efforts.

To better understand what actually occurs when old electronics are recycled and repurposed, Rojas will be collecting unwanted e-waste in donation boxes located in the school’s Front Alcove. Rojas plans to properly dispose of these materials at the city’s Household Chemicals and Computer Recycling Facility and intends to produce a documentary about the experience.

Anyone who’d like to help can place unwanted electronics in the bin available in the Front Alcove until the end of day on Friday, May 24.
