Musicians Offer an Evening of Chamber Music

Parker’s string players and orchestra members recently collaborated with the Kontras Quartet to offer an evening of Chamber Music at the school.

As Parker’s 7th Annual Joan W. Harris Visiting Music Scholars, The Kontras Quartet, joined Parker’s Fiddle Group and the Middle and Upper School Orchestras to perform a diverse evening of chamber music featuring the works of the Baroque, Romantic and contemporary periods.

Upper School musicians worked with members of the Kontras Quartet in class leading up to this performance, when they performed their collaborations.
