As an Upper School student, Ben Weiss ’16 collaborated with Science teacher Leslie Webster to create Parker’s first-ever Chemistry of Cooking course. Currently, Weiss works as an engineer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, but he recently took time to Zoom with current Chemistry of Cooking students to share more about how food has continued to play an important role in his life to this day.
