The 7th Grade Retreat may have taken place at a new location, but fun, teamwork and new experiences were still the focus.
Breaking into groups, students spent the day engaged in activities designed to foster cooperation, self-reflection, bravery and trust with their peers. From archery to the high ropes course, from tie-dye and team-building exercises to wetlands exploration, the 7th graders worked together to tackle these new experiences, even if they seemed intimidating at first. Of course, no camping experience is complete without cabins, campfires, smores, sing-alongs and night hikes!
Parker is very proud of all the fun and hard work that went into making this such a rewarding trip!
