Student-Athlete of the Week
Parker spring sports are nearly in full swing, and our teams are off to great starts. Parker baseball opened their season with a 9-1 win against Proviso East. Softball opened their season with a tough battle against Amundsen on Tuesday.
Our SAC Student-Athlete of the Week is junior Helen Aklilu! Aklilu led Girls’ Soccer to a 8-6 victory against Lycee Francais Monday, and a 7-0 victory against Ida Crown Tuesday, netting hat tricks in both contests to lead the scoring. Make sure to congratulate Aklilu and the rest of the team on their great play!
