Scholastic Bowl Wins Regional Tournament

I am happy to report that the Scholastic Bowl team won the 2025 IHSA regional!
The team members are seniors Annoshae Mirza (Captain), Logan Florsheim, Lincoln Hamid and Judah Solomon; juniors Chase Wayland, Daniel Chang and Nash Oliphant; and sophomore Jack Bartlett.
Our team dominated in the first two rounds. In typical Parker fashion, the Parker team came back from an 80-point deficit at halftime of the third and final round against Downers Grove North to win by 30 points.
Two players in particular stood out. Captain Annoshae dominated the literature category and showed great skill in bringing out the best from the rest of the team. Chase showed poise and dominated the math category.
The team will be competing at the sectional on Saturday!
