Student-Athletes of the Week
This week’s SAC Student-Athletes of the Week are your Varsity Scholastic Bowl Team.
The Varsity team, composed of seniors Logan Florsheim, Lincoln Hamid, Annoshae Mirza and Judah Solomon, junior Chase Wayland, and sophomore Jack Bartlett, was named the National Academic Quiz Tournaments High School Team of the Week for their performance at the IHSSBCA Kickoff Tournament at Homewood-Flossmoor.
The team went 9-0 on the day and defeated Fenwick in the final 485-130. They also defeated Latin 420-195.
