Teacher Selected for Team USA Rugby
Parker people, whether students, faculty or staff, enjoy a variety of pursuits and interests that take them beyond the school’s walls. Physical Education teacher Tyler Heidtke’s passion is rugby.
This summer, Heidtke was selected as a member of Team USA in the Touch Rugby World Cup (TWC), which took place in Nottingham, England in July. After a grueling but fun round-robin stage, the team eventually took fourth place.
Parker is very excited to see Heidtke set this example for his students, showing what can happen when you follow your dreams!
