Students of color schoolwide joined together for an afternoon of snacks, smiles and gym-filled fun at the Students of Color Affinity Social.
After class had ended for the day, participating students joined faculty advisors in the Sheridan Family Café to connect, enjoy pizza and laugh before heading up to the Big Gym to get their wiggles out. Cross-graded activities included tag, capture the flag and a group dance lesson—a perfect mixture for students and adults alike!
Thanks to the faculty advisors for orchestrating this event each year to celebrate the bonds students of color establish and develop while at Parker.
Francis W. Parker School educates students to think and act with empathy, courage and clarity as responsible citizens and leaders in a diverse democratic society and global community.
